If you struggle with feeling indecisive or over compulsive, the answer is not to act more quickly or more slowly. The question, rather, is, have you taken time to talk to Jesus and evaluate the situation with His glory and His kingdom-purposes in mind!

We are all guilty of getting distracted during our work hours. However, as friends, moms, & wives, our time is precious! Here's a simple tip from our Executive Director Somer Phoebus on how she stays laser focused during work hours so she can maximize the time she spends with her family. Information overload is one of the top reasons we get distracted and sidetracked when trying to be productive. Don't let utility bills from 5 years ago take over your workspace storage areas any longer! At the beginning of each month, go through your file cabinets, desk drawers, receipts, purse, laptop bag, and wherever else you keep hard copies of items and get rid of the things you do not need. (I use a 12 month file system which I teach in the swHw Productivity Academy.) Take time to do this on your devices - old emails, photos, videos, voicemails, etc. need to be purged monthly for 2 reasons: 1. You will save storage on your devices, and 2.
