Our policy offers a full refund within 30 days of your date of purchase. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly.

Physical Product Returns or Refunds
To request a return/refund:

- Please provide the order number of the product you want to refund and your full name.
- She Works His Way and our payment processor submits the refund immediately and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible.
Once we’ve had a chance to review the request, we will process the refund/return and you will receive a confirmation email associated with the email on your account. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card. More details can be found via Stripe.com at Customer refund processing time.
Shipping Rates + Costs:
The shipping rate + costs include shipping fees as well as handling fees for warehouse order fulfillment. The shipping rate varies based on the quantity and cost of items in your cart as well as the delivery location. International orders require more shipping costs, therefore, the shipping rate is calculated with the increase in mind.

Missing or Lost Packages:
There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery exception, and most times, it is out of the control of She Works His Way. If you are missing a package, please email us at [email protected] with your full name and order number and we will get back to you with your next steps.
