We did a podcast episode talking about how our 40ish-year-old bodies change and the really annoying fact that what we did in our 20’s maybe isn’t as effective anymore.

And, as we like to do, we chased the idea of what it could look like to gather with other women who want to prioritize their health and stewarding our bodies in a way that’s good, right and holy.

So that’s why we want to invite you to…
((drum roll PLEASE – are you drum rolling? Tell the truth.))

We’re going to spend this summer being really, really honest with with each other and really, really open about the fact that maybe some of us are in a place right now where this is the last thing we want to do or maybe we’ve heard about the Summer Challenge and are already judging whatever is happening here by thinking, “Oh, this would never work for me.”

We have a simple ask, whether you do the Challenge or not: Start with surrender.

Surrender your body to the Lord. Ask for a clear and open mind, asking God to bring to light if you’ve been neglecting your body/health and if maybe a Challenge like this could be a reset button.

The goal of what we’re doing here is to actually be able to love God better and to build your confidence in walking in your purpose in a way that is right and good.

So how does it work?

Every week, we’ll  have a theme. The first week is self-control and Sabbath. Find out why here.
Every Monday, we’ll will go live with a mini episode (that you can either be there for live, or watch any time). We’ll lay out the plan for the week, the overall focus and goals – starting the conversation around that week’s objective.
Tuesday through Friday, there will be a post for the Patreon Fam providing tips, encouragement, inspiration, etc – then we’ll ask you to be a part of the conversation! A pivotal part will be holding each other accountable, knowing we’re not alone in this commitment. (This week will be slightly different as Michelle discusses Sabbath via audio + post!)

As Fitness Industry veterans, we know effective committing to improving our health within community really is. But this model is more about rooting healthy decisions in God’s love for us rather than in our dislike of how we look.

Sooooo – are you in? You are, right?

Wanna Scroll Less? Us, too.

We don’t want to rely on social media to get you the encouragement we provide every week. We’re throwing it back to email instead. Subscribe here so we can continue equipping each other to build a life around what matters most!
