They need us.
They need the women who have gone ahead of them to turn around and say, “I’ve been where you’re at, I’ve felt what you’ve felt, I’ve walked through what you’ve walked through – let me tell you how God met me right in the middle of it.”
This is the invaluable role of hindsight. We can trace God’s faithfulness in our own lives, and use it to mark the path for those who can’t quite see where they’re heading. Or who need hope to know there’s always good to be found.
This generation is one of the most creative, passionate and capable generations to date. They are the generation that will lead our kids’ families. So, we can sit idly and say we’re worried about them – or we can invest in them.
What we’re seeing is a generation drowning in content, when what they’re really craving is connection.
So, this episode is for the 20/30-something’s trying to navigate one of the most pressurized decades and for those of us who have the ability to come alongside them.
Share it with the Gen Z woman in your life who needs to know we see her and we really care. Share it with the woman who is ahead to equip her with ways to invest in those coming behind her.
We can make a difference. Let’s stop thinking we need a platform to do it and get to work.
