It’s easy when it comes to thinking about how to maximize our Kingdom impact to jump to basic growth principles. We quickly arrive to conclusions like:
The bigger my audience is, the more I can do for God.
The better title I have at work, the more influence I will have for God.
The more others make of me, the more I can make of Christ.
But growth strategies don’t change the fundamentals of our faith. And at its core, Kingdom work is wrapped up in His agenda and His glory. Not yours. Not mine.
Let me say it as plainly as I can: you don’t have to increase to make Him increase.
