ANNAPOLIS, MD

APRIL 21-22, 2023

If you’re a woman who leads, we want to encourage you in a way that both affirms your calling to lead and challenges the world’s definition of it.

That’s what we’re going all in on at this year’s Narrow Conference.

We’ll spend two days learning what Biblical leadership looks like using the gospel as our foundation and the love we have for God and others as our motivation to get it right.

Take a look at a few of our conversation topics:

  • Leading Quietly
  • Leading Alone
  • Leading Without Losing It: Prioritizing Soul Care In Order To Be A Healthy Leader
  • Leading Secular Teams In Secular Spaces

Come hangout with us! We’d love to see you there!

I Went to Narrow Because…

My first time – I didn’t know what to expect. I drove 8 hours by myself, but I just felt drawn to go. At that time I wanted to learn how to bring Jesus into my workspace. I wanted a space where I could connect with other women who keep Jesus first where I could glean from them how do to the same. And that’s exactly what I got!

I went alone my first time to Narrow and I was so nervous. All I can say is: DO IT!! RUN DON’T WALK! You will leave Narrow wanting more! Worship is amazing, the speakers are amazing. You will connect with Jesus on a much deeper level. Narrow leaves my heart seeking Jesus more and more. I feel refreshed and renewed and with a sense of purpose after leaving Narrow.

I’ve attended four Narrow Conferences and each time God speaks to me and I walk away with an understanding of my purpose in that season and it changes each time!! My focus on doing what matters most doesn’t change, but my seasons change so my purpose or my actions may change, too. Narrow helps me figure that out.

I went to Narrow because I was in desperate need of encouragement, looking to be in a room with other like-minded women and to find some vision. Narrow delivered on every aspect of that.

Leading Quietly

Liz’s heart belongs to Jesus, her husband, Jason, and their three teenage sons. She’s passionate about helping women find body and food freedom so they can live their healthiest, happiest, and most free lives in Christ. She also loves editing for She Works HIS Way and serving the swHw team and community anyway she can.

Leading Secular Teams in Secular Spaces

Nicole Warren has been in Corporate America for close to 20 years with a focus in HR, Talent Acquisition and Leadership Development. Her heart has always been centered around coaching and developing women to pursue excellence and not perfection both at home and in the workplace. In the last 3 years she has completed both her Bachelors and Masters degree program in Business Administration with a focus in HR, successfully passed her HR certification exam and become a licensed minister in 2021, however the accomplishment she is most proud of is being the mom to two amazing daughters Jaylen (21) and Journi (14).

Leading Alone

Lauren is a military wife, mom of 5, and an open book when it comes to her story of full-on restoration in a marriage she thought was broken. Her ministry is simple but big. Lauren is called to take women by the hand and walk with them through the messy, always in the direction of Jesus.

Leading Without Losing It

Tami was leading in the pharmaceutical sales industry for more than 15 years when God called her to simultaneously pursue her masters degree in Clinical Mental Health from Liberty University. She works with women and children battling mental health issues and is a certified marriage coach. Tami is passionate about th calling God has placed on her life and committed to helping others learn how to pursue both emotional and spiritual health using God’s Word as the foundation. Tami’s favorite role though, is wife to Brad and mom to Parker, Alex, and Grace.
