If these local churches don’t have the budget to staff a women’s ministry, then they definitely don’t have the budget to provide resources to the women of these ministries.
When we started researching this need, that second stat is one of the first we came across. Funny how “discipling women in their walk with the Lord” & “building community among women” are two of SWHW’s main priorities, isn’t it?
Not funny “haha” but moreso funny “okay, God we’ll do something about this”.
When you think about churches all over the country and the world who lack resources for discipleship, you realize pretty quickly this is a God-sized problem.
