The SWHW High Level Mastermind (HLMM) is built to cut the small talk and go deep quickly. Our prayer is that each participant will come out of the five-months with more clarity as they pursue their callings for the glory of God and the good of others.

Michelle and Somer will personally come alongside you to solidify your foundation (or, in some cases, begin building one), provide real-time feedback as you navigate whatever you come up against and equip you for the future.

Because it’s such an in-depth process, we have to limit spots to just 10 for each five-month commitment. But don’t worry! If you register after we hit our capacity, we’ll put you on our wait-list for the next five-month session.

Here’s a breakdown of what to expect.

  • Five mastermind group meetings with Somer and Michelle 
    • Each 60 minute meeting will consist of:
      • Our healthy soul assessment (the red yellow green assessment)
      • Encouragement from God’s Word
      • Q&A
      • Always recorded for those who can’t be on live
  • Monthly 1:1 – 50 minute call with Michelle and Somer
    • The topic of this call will be up to you
      • You will be asked to come with 3 objectives so that we can make every minute count, we can talk career, business, ministry, home life, anything
